Pros

You get to work on weekends and have management tell you how to do your job because management is ever changing.

Cons

You sit at a cool computer and you work but don talk to your neighbor or you get docked points on some weird point system that the managers run. Plus just fyi they try and get you to advertise open jobs on your Facebook... And they watch everything you do on there computers. It makes sense but also very wierd feeling like you have a parent holding onto your shoulders as they rest there chin on the top of your head. I do not recommend this job.

Pros

Very flexible with scheduling. Nice bonus job that you can do after work. Not too difficult and if you’re already watching the game you might as well be getting paid for it. Supervisors and management are great and schedule very well.

Cons

Hard to get a lot of hours after the month of November. Guaranteed to work at least part of a Saturday almost every week.

Pros

Strong market footprint and reputation built over decades Exposure to high-profile clients and major sports partnerships Opportunities to take ownership – especially if you can navigate politics and internal inertia

Cons

Leadership is deeply entrenched, risk-averse, and out of sync with the current pace of innovation A culture of deference and self-preservation has replaced curiosity, challenge, and accountability Talent drain is accelerating, especially among high performers frustrated by stagnation and lack of vision The pressures of being a public company are clearly impacting long-term thinking and morale
