Pros

You get to work on weekends and have management tell you how to do your job because management is ever changing.

Cons

You sit at a cool computer and you work but don talk to your neighbor or you get docked points on some weird point system that the managers run. Plus just fyi they try and get you to advertise open jobs on your Facebook... And they watch everything you do on there computers. It makes sense but also very wierd feeling like you have a parent holding onto your shoulders as they rest there chin on the top of your head. I do not recommend this job.

Pros

Great Job if you are into sports

Cons

You get paid once a month and there is always a hassle when it comes to getting paid. Typically takes 2 days just for someone to respond back to my messages. Their policy clearly states that if you send your invoice by the 20th of each month, you WILL be paid by the 25th. However, I sent my invoice in on Dec 8th. Had to hassle with company for almost 2 weeks before my invoice finally got confirmed on Dec 19th. It is now Dec 26th and my invoice still has not been paid.

Pros

Nice office Good benefits (401k, animal insurance, health & dental) Working with sports Hybrid work schedule

Cons

Unclear responsibilities Poor management Poor training High turnover Expected to be at every other department's beck and call Constantly changing schedule Poor career opportunities and raises Low pay for the amount of work you undertake Doing good work means you undertake more responsibility for no benefit Doing poor work nets you a sternly worded email and possibly a meeting, but no other 'real' consequences. It’s possible to stay here doing sub-par work and causing issues for years while others pick up your slack.
