      Pros

      There are no benefits to this company. You can never truly trust any of your colleagues. It is a mine field of mind games.

      Cons

      The CEO is driven by madness. She will change her mind on you on a daily basis. She rules by fear and she does it on a hour by hour basis. She plays games and loves doing it. Her management style is disrupt, chaos, and backstabbing. The amount of turnover is shocking for any company yet an arts organization.

      Leave your brain at home and expect to spent most of your shift waiting for guest to arrive

      Cons

      Toxic work environment cause by management not tolerating any questions being asked and will retaliate when challenged. Also shady tippool practices.
