you get your salary as mentioned in payslip that too once in a month, and you will be always behind 2 weeks salary. good for you when you are on project 1. only one person in this company you get prompt and quick reply is Regu Nair (Immigration team)
Cons
1. watch out all policies, once you joined they say you have to signup for 3 month notice period 2. there are no public paid holidays you get 1 hr pto for 13 hours billing, so every will be deducted out from here. no paid public holidays(usually every company pays min of 8 to 10 paid holidays) 3. They will put under bench salary it may happen with you getting on bench very freequent so you end up paying less. 4. No training 5. Prepare for full travel for small projects 6. when you call your management or email for your issues no response either email or phone. lot of other things be-careful at time you may be attract by good pay.. but think about above points.
