Where to begin...
I worked for this horrific excuse for a company for a year before I realized that Chinese water torture actually CAN drive a person insane. To start, the "management" (I use this term as loosely as possible) is comprised of a group of inept, calculating, corrupt family members who are all involved in the scheme to keep money with the family, and literally rob their employees of earned compensation.
This is a true story: I was owed over $8,000 in commissions during Q1 of the year following my date of hire. I received a call from my manager three days before commissions were to be paid, and was asked if I had called a contact from one of my large accounts. I said yes, several months back I had checked in with her, and everything was running along smoothly (and that account had grown by 30% over said time). I was then told that this is "not enough", so my commissions would not be valid - no pay. It gets better. The idiots in accounting, payroll, HR, wherever actually deposited $6,200 into my account after I had been told I'd get nothing. I called my manager and thanked him for rectifying the confusion. He THEN tells me "Oh no...no, that was a mistake. The money will be retracted." But wait - there's more! The money POSTED to my account, and 6 days go by. The following Thursday, they literally went in and pulled POSTED money out. How they did this, I have no idea. I've since sought legal action, but if you're thinking of doing so, don't bother - the family has been sued so many times, they have a small army of attorneys that will stop at nothing to win. Not worth having to pay attorney fees for a losing battle.
In conclusion, unless you are a glutton for punishment, don't even THINK of working here. Living in a cardboard box on the side of the road would be better than subjecting yourself to the disaster that is thebigword.
