Yves Saint Laurent interview questions

This was one of the most awkward interviews I have experienced. The interview lacked professionalism throughout, and the responses to my questions were vague and demonstrated limited knowledge. While the initial questions were straightforward, the concerns arose when I asked questions toward the end of the interview. The answers provided were unethical in nature and conveyed the impression that employees are viewed as replaceable rather than valued. As a result, I declined any potential offer. I am not willing to work for a company that does not prioritise or genuinely care about its staff.

J’ai eu l’occasion de passer un processus de recrutement chez Yves Saint Laurent. Le premier entretien RH par téléphone s’est très bien déroulé : échange fluide, professionnel et agréable. En revanche, le second entretien avec la direction et la manager a été beaucoup plus mitigé. J’ai ressenti une certaine froideur dès le début de l’échange, ce qui n’a pas facilité le dialogue. Certaines questions m’ont également semblé peu pertinentes ou déconnectées du poste, comme par exemple : « Pourquoi souhaitez-vous retourner travailler ? », ce qui m’a surprise dans un contexte professionnel aussi structuré.
